Chris, Please look into finalizing a run order for the motorcycles that can be followed every race and that can also be managed by the track not the racers! It has been a confusing, mixed up, rule changing from race to race issue.

Chris, I race the motorcycle class and know the problems you are having and I have a few ideas that may help you out. I tried calling the track but only got the recording, maybe you can call me when you have time, Thanks, Peter Pollet 222-869-3048

The only reason the run order was changed was to try and accommodate a special feature in the show ( HOT 8). If it is a regular show, there is no reason I can see to change the run order. I do appreciate the effort the motorcycle guys put forth this weekend to bump up the run time. Hopefully the ability to run on a tempered track was worth the effort. BTW Dean, your last pass was nice and had a great .001 reaction time. Might should have saved that shot for next time.

Chris, I miss spoke by saying run order what I meant was the pairing in the motorcycle class from the first round to the last round! Typically first round is done off of a ladder which changes from time to time then cards through the by back rounds then another ladder. While the ladder is being controlled by the track the card s are controlled by racers. The cards need to stop and the pairing should be done by the track not other racers. I will be happy to speak with you about this if needed.

Got to agree with Keith on this one. We are too few to just line up. We have to at least draw cards for buyback rounds.
If we can get a print out of all previous round runs in Reaction Time Order, we could set pairs including buybacks very easily, but I think the computer will only print out RT's for winners, so cards are the only fair option.

thats what i have been told the comp. porgram. wont do it but i also agree with shawn lets find the best way and stick to it no mo back and forth if there were no buy backs we would not be talking about this but buy backs all so keep race tracks around and i know we all want that

I've had to run by backs before in the second round sometimes the same guy! In no box and super pro they will us ally call out the by backs first then put out a call for the winners. This could also be done. My point is the track needs to handle this and create a way to take it out of the racers hands.

Shaun, I talked with Mr. Pollet last evening and I will gladly take the ladders off your hands, however, that would not give you all the flexability that you have by Peter or another one in your group handling it. Bikes would run where the computer says and that would be it. Theory being if we don't run what it tells us, we might as well just let the guy with the biggest gun and most ammo win. All I want is for you all to have fun and enjoy some great competition. You all get together with the ETMC powers that be and let me know what I can do to help,
Thanks,
Chris

Chris, I always have fun and enjoy the competition at No Problem and don't have any plans to stop anytime soon that's why I am expressing my concern. Not real sure about the flexibility your talking about but I would like to see track pair our class not another racer. This will eliminate any chance of manipulation or rules changing from race to race!

Hey Shawn, Tell me about this manipulation. Who is this manipulator? I like to know what you are trying to say. Peter
