We have been running the same for many years without any problems. The tower gives us a ladder for first round by our Qualifying lights, we pull cards second and third round in order to recognize the buy backs ( who ever would feel better holding the cards feel free to do so) and a ladder from the tower for following rounds.

I agree with this standard. Its been working for years.

Just my 2 cents.. In all of my time there i honestly cannot recall one single time where anyone complained about the way that the Motorcycle class is ran. I think that using the cards is a good way of being fair and i certainly know that Mr. Peter has done nothing short of an excellent job with everything that he has done with MC class. They are a great group of guys and Mr. Peter seems nothing less than honest to me.

Do you realize that you are missing out on a possible bye run in the second or third round if there is one to be given? They are earned every round! But with the cards the lucky draw gets it! Thats just not right! I know that its been this way but its still not right. The cards are the manipulator! Although they may seem to add some organization to our pairing I think the tracks way of running the class and pairing would eliminate alot of trouble. Mike the other night it looked like to me you almost lost your bye in the first round even though you earned it right? All one person had to say was I THINK WE SHOULD DRAW CARDS and you may have lost it but we all know you earned it and you got it which was right. I've been in that situation twice and guess what I did not get it because (supposedly the ladder was screwed up) and had to draw cards. What I'm am trying to say is that I think if we let the track handle the pairing the outcomes will ultimately change and change for the better.

One more thing because I feel have have gotten my point across and I"m also tired of talking about it! I respect every ones comments on this matter that's why I started this topic and I am not accusing anyone of any wrong doing but I've been racing there for going on 9 years and I would hope I could mention something that may not feel right to me. Kieth you never have to worry about me holding the cards I've been racing since 1992 didn't need them then and don't need them now.

Thanks Shawn for clearing that up, I been pairing the bikes for a long time and working hard to keep it fair and honest. I took a little offense there. I personally don't mind how the pairing is done, I just want everyone to enjoy racing in the bike class to come back again. It's a PIA trying to get everyone together to pull cards and I would be glad to be rid of them. I vote let the track handle it. But I support anything the majority wants. I want our bike class to grow. Won't be any fun with only 3 bikes showing up. We need to come up with a working solution thats fair. See ya at the track. Peter

amien shaun iam with you brother you got us thinking what has been done may be the way but maybe not r it needs a littel tweaking buys should be earn by reaction times and the cards have some maniplation lane ch. should be earn not the color of a card. i get it now. they wre. may be this needs to be change .we all want the same thing here a fair and honest race and it should be handle by the track not us. i know u go to npr for the same i do thats where the best rider are. yea ther are closer tracks but no compt. i would bet my money on u all aginst. any others tracks riders any time any wher. hope to see and race with all of you soon and like peter said what the majority wants i will do
