We have entered into an agreement with Sams Audio in Houma to install all new equipment and speakers to create a hard wired PA system based out of the tower to extend down the dragstrip wall to the midway restrooms. The set up on the pole behind the restroom will be addressed in this project.
Implementing this new system will enable us to install the salvageable equipment professionally on the corners of the two operations buildings in the pitt and paddock area.
We received bids from two other organizations specializing in this type of work and feel very comfortable that Sam and his crew will do a great job for us and help to enhance the experience for all of our racers. Work is scheduled to begin in the next couple of weeks and will be completed before the end of the month.
