Since the Charity Challenge will be my first official drag race event, I want to make a deal with all of the racers at the track. I would like anyone who wishes to pledge a donation for every round I go. ( ie 1 round $10, two rounds $20 etc ). To make it fair, and to be quite honest, to make sure St Mary's gets a little something out of this, if for some reason, I am a first round runner up, I will pony up a hundred bucks out of my pocket. Any and all donations / pledges will be greatly appreciated and are going to a great cause. Thanks in advance for your support.

I was thinking about going to Valdosta for the Manufacturer's Cup, but if you are racing with us, I'm staying here.
I'm good for $10 a round for you, and $500 if I win the event.

My coach, lets just call him racer "X" worked with me a little today and was a tremendous help, First two full passes on the car and I was jacked up! Can't wait till he lets me drive. Just kidding, it was very educational.
Thanks Dave for the vote of confidence, no matter what happens, I just want to have fun and help the kids at the same time.

Got three passes in last night, Car was great, straight and concistant. First round was dead dial with a two. Looking to duplicate it next Sat night.

Laughs is what is was all about. First time trial fastest ever for me by 2 tenths, second time trial foot slipped off the peddle, HA HA! First round in eliminations I am paired with a truck that looks like mid eights without a sweat and have him till I lift at the end because I must have been going too fast to have that much room on him, NOT!!!!!
Put up my hundred donation and bought back in, got paired with Randy Martinez, got lucky and moved on to thirdround where I got paired with CP. He schooled me with the wop wop and I headed to the Suite.
I want to thank Skipper and Dave for coming through with the round pledges, together we donated $220 to St Marys and had some laughs doing it.
