Guys, it was great talking and listening to you last night, shame there was racing going on because it seemed like the perfect opportunity to crack open some cold ones, but none the less, I feel we both have a clear understanding of what each other is looking for and with that being said, I offer the following: To quote a great racer, dem damn cards. Let the tower put you all in a qualifying mode for both rounds of time trials and ladder the first round off of that. Ranking would be by best reaction time and a sportsman ladder would be used. For second and third rounds ( due to buy backs and such ) the tower will create a sportsman type ladder using reaction times from round one or two depending on the sequence and have a top and bottom tier. Top being the previous round winners and bottom being the buy back guys / gals. If for some reason there is a need to do so, the bottom of the winners may need to run the bottom of the buy back side. Doing it this way I believe will handle every ones concerns, the pairings are what they are, I can document what I give out and egos and personalities do not come into play. There will be a system in place, in writing, traceable, and black and white so when emotions come up to the tower, I have a tool to maybe not remedy the situation but justify the action taken. Let the discussions begin,
Chris

I am sorry if I did not spell it out, but all of the advantages, byes, and or lane choice will always be given to the participant with the best reaction time. Thanks for the kind words,
Chris
