What more need be said, WOW!. That was the largest Bracket - Sm feature we have ever had and from my seat, it was the best as well. Thanks to all of the guys who turned out and raced. Fred Mc Mullen and Allan Simpson were strong in the Yellow bracket, Henry Carter was driving like he had an injection of something breaking out in both Qualifying and the heat race. Gray Rebstock ran a mistake free race and battled some pretty strong miata lap traffic along the way. This past race was electric for me, seeing all the cars on grid (29 with three broke inteh paddock ) and even though I am used to seeing the smiles when we are done, the smiles I saw yesterday seemed different, they seemed earned if that makes any sense. To have competed in that feature was work, and from my desk, the paperwork just kept piling up until I finally cought up with Julious with two to go. I had decided that the position would be his as long as he didn't make a mistake, he is running for the championship and I am not. NO sooner did I tell myself that and he slipped way up in four and invited me through. All race, you would just get past a competitor and there was another one right in front. It seemd like it was never going to stop, it was fantastic. Thank you , Thank you, Thankyou to all who came out and made it a super day. I know I say this all the time, but its a shame more people don't give this a look, it is truly intoxicating! Chris

Yes, I agree, it was a fun day. It had been 11 months since I had been behind the wheel of a racecar. My schedule should allow me to be back at the track for the rest of the season.
The feature race seemed like non stop action. Even those of us in Yellow Bracket had battles that kept us busy throughout the race. :-) I was one of those with a big smile on my face afterward. I had forgotten how fun this is. I'm looking forward to the next event. Thanks to all who make these races possible: the event staff, corner workers and fellow racers.
