Just found out that no one state side has rings to fit my motor so I will have to get them from Germany! So I really doubt if I'll be ready for the 5th.

Carver and I were at Loupe's on Saturday helping to clean up. We threw away something that was wrapped in a trash bag in the back of the shop. Found out later it was your motor. You might be able to get Carver to dumpster dive if you ask him real nicely. ;D

Put on a GT Racing fiberglass front end. It's actually made for a turbo, so I'm guessing at least 10 more HP just for the look ;D Might have dropped 20 lbs with that change. I'm debating on putting on the associated splitter for more downforce at those awesome high speeds we hit Other than that nothing other than the driver's another year Older Than Dirt G-dog, this is on the black car right...? Must be, S2 front ends are already the same as turbo but, reason I'm asking is - does this affect the car's eligibility for PCA "stock" or SP2 class...? Fiberglass panels would be ok I guess and it's the overall driver/car weight that's important there but a turbo nose is a legal body modification for non turbo cars...? The splitter helps with down force yeah but more definitively "splits" the air that goes over and under the car....it works..., even at the awesome speeds we reach. You'll also be creating a higher pressure at the cooling intakes in the bumper as an added bonus. Giddy-up, T Dude! Have you looked at the front end of Frankie lately?!? Don't tell me that is an exact replica of a stock 944 valance! C. The 944 front valance may be replaced with a fiberglass unit provided it is an exact replica. Debris screens may be added. This is from the SP1 section. In the SP2 section: • Aftermarket bumpers that is in 4D where that language is a little vague. I'll admit that there is somewhat of a grey area here, and yes I meant the pun. But if Frankie has raced in all the races over the last several years as an SP2, I don't think I'll have any problems; as long as no one complains

Wait, I almost forgot What about the 007? It started out life as a 944 turbo; and as far as I can tell, it still has the turbo front end...as an SP2 Bottom line: I've got my log book, and unless someone complains I ain't gonna worry about it Besides, as long as the S2 holds up, I'm not planning on running the SP2 in PCA.

Does anyone know about the status of racing on the 5th? I can't make it that weekend, but could make the next if it's delayed. It doesn't look very likely at this point. It will probably be moved back. Are you going to Hallet in Oct? I'm not sure about Hallett. Got the front end of a 13/13 there last year; I'm not sure I wnat to tempt fate. But if a big enough gang goes...I might just tempt her I was lookingt hard at Carolina Motorsports, maybe even in my illegal SP2, despite what I said earlier. There will be a ton of SP2's there from Florida and the East. Roebling Road is looking good also. And it's after my 13/13 is up

(not that I'm worried about Frankie coming around me on the straight from all the extra aero it gains with that bumper ;D) Anyway.... When you said GT Racing Fiberglass front end I was thinking fenders hood and all! It may have changed last year, with many other rules, but I remember it being a rule before that said "no replacement of body panels with fiberglass body panels" it looks like that rule no longer exist hmmmmmmmmmm..... Yes the SP2 bumper rule is very vague "Aftermarket Bumpers" lol I'd say that covers you Edit: If you are looking for a Spoiler, I would look at the AIR piece. www.americaninternationalracing.com/custom.asp?id=259246&page=71
