Lane is coming to run lapping-NOT to beat up on the racers. He told me he expected YOU to do that! So, are YOU going to beat up on us, or NOT! Now's your chance, while we're distracted over the Bama gang.....

Jelly finished mid pack at MSR. Hit a spun car on Saturday nose to nose but we got the hood bound down enough to pass tech and he did well on Sunday. Kenny raced the 1.6 car and finished near the back but did well in ITA. Think he finished second.

Reggie, aint it past your bed time....? ;D Lane said " Hey I'm planning on signing up for the race only. " Doubt I make it Reg, but I heard Patrick Harris was gonna clean house in a 300ZX turbo Lemons car....? T

Two Lanes are better than one-way! LOL We're obviously talking about 2 different "Lanes". My bad. I was mainly rattling YOUR chain to get you off your rocking chair and into the racing seat. The Porsche Club can't blame you for not coming, though. It'll be hot, the SM field is formidable, Saints are practicing football, Mars and Jupiter ain't lined up right, etc, etc, etc. We'll muddle by without you, T. As the song goes, "...See you in Septemmmmmmber...."

Glad Sarah's coming to play Saturday! Congrats to Kenny on a great finish at MSRH. Second in ITA is a very strong finish. Which car was he driving, Brent?
AND, can you come race with us Saturday? I am hoping you and Kenny can run the Miatas.

Congratulations and Sympathies due from Summer Series Three: Without a doubt the hottest race day yet, but the guys journeyed on. Congratulations to Nate Sparks who earned the pole and lead all but the first scored lap to take the summer series championship with 2 wins and 20 points. Reggie Simmons who brought out the "special matched set of tires" seemed to have traction issues but was able to bring his flyin tiger miata home in fourth for a season point total putting him second to Sparks. Rookie of the year contenders Scot Grainger and Max George had days that could not be more different. Scot, and I quote," took the throttle stop off" and barely missed the pole, drove hard with Kieth Lanasa and finished second in the race, tied for third overall in the season points. Max George on the other hand unloaded to get working on his car, was able to make qualifying but litter ally got stuck in his pitt trying to get his window net up. The Max Energy 944 was able to get on track although it was at the back of the lead lap and took him a few laps to get his head on straight after two offs early in the event. Dr. Marshall had a great run in qualifying earning a strong 5Th spot on the grid but was not able to make the call when a throttle cable stuck on his car and could not be confidently repaired tog ET him out. Complete finishing order was as follows: Nate Sparks Scot Grainier Kieth Lana's Reggie Simmons Sarah Montgomery Ben Cher bonnier Gerry Sparks Julio us Ridge way Max George Brent Mo sing DANS: Marshall Adamant Lane Sutton Fred McMillan Thanks to all who participated in another successful Summer Series Season.

It was definitely hot! I did not have much left in me by the end. Next summer I have to get a cool shirt.
I want to thank Mr. Chris and CGB for the hospitality. I have felt welcome at the track from my first time out and the opening of the Red Line Sportsbar to us after the race was fantastic.

Well sometime it really takes away your pride to be honest. Corrections are due in the finishing order of the 3rd race.
Sarah finished in front of me. I don’t know how it happened but I missed the checker. Sarah was not that far in front of me and when I saw her slowing I thought she had a car problem and I passed her between 9 and 10 and then looked up and saw all the cars exiting the track. Talk about feeling dumb. Good race Sarah and I will get you legal next time.
